About tenantsNZ
Like all great businesses, tenantsNZ was created because of customer need.
During my time as a property manager and letting agent, I kept hearing the same thing: “It’s too hard to find a rental property!”. The call even came from highly qualified tenants who had great references and generous budgets.
To help, I developed a specific system which simplifies the house-hunting process and gives my clients the edge over other renters. Think of it as the perfect Tinder profile… all the landlord has to do is swipe right ?
Since establishing New Zealand’s first tenant’s agency, I have helped many people, both locals and overseas visitors, to find and apply for their perfect property match, gain approval, and reduce paperwork so they can move in sooner.
